- New executive committee of Iron Traders’ Association forms, President says — will meet CM for land

The Iron Traders’ and Manufacturers’ Association will demand 100 acres of land from the government for the iron market in Bhopal. For this, a delegation of the association will soon meet officers-ministers and then CM Dr. Mohan Yadav. On Sunday, the formation of the 24-member new executive committee of the association and oath taking ceremony was also held.
Association President Baldev Khemani said, we have been demanding for the iron market in Bhopal since 1995. There are more than 160 big businessmen here. We are demanding land in Kanha Saiyya. If the iron market is built, then the business will double. At present there is a market in the city, but there is a problem of loading-unloading.
Elections were unopposed: In the triennial elections of Iron Traders and Manufacturers Association Bhopal, Election Officer Mohammad Ajmal, Election Coordinator Ramesh Golani announced the executive committee on Sunday. The Golden Committee of the association administered the oath of allegiance to the unopposed elected President Baldev Khemani. Along with him, a 24-member team was also announced. The team of the Iron Merchants and Manufacturers Association formed for the next 3 years includes President Khemani, Vice Presidents Sanjay Badjatya, Anil Gupta, Shailendra Gupta, Narayan Khemani, General Secretary Jawahar Tahalramani, Secretary and Policy Advisor Ramesh Golani, Treasurer Nitin Agarwal, Co-Treasurer Akash Tongia.
