- CM will hold one-to-one meeting with industrial representatives on 13 July
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, in a bid to encourage investment in Madhya Pradesh, has declared the year 2025 as “Industry Year”. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, continuous efforts are being made to strengthen the positive environment through various strategies and schemes to promote industrial development. “Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investor Summit-2025” is proposed to be organized in Bhopal in February 2025. The objective of GIS- 2025 Summit is to establish Madhya Pradesh as a favorable investment destination by highlighting the state’s capabilities, abundant resources, favorable industrial environment and to include it among the leading states of the country.
To make GIS successful, the Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department is organizing interactive sessions on investment opportunities and resources in Madhya Pradesh, in different cities of the country. The first such session is being organized in the country’s financial capital Mumbai. Mumbai is the headquarter of many major business organizations/companies and is home to the oldest stock exchange not only in the country but also in Asia. Leading industrialists from various sectors based in Mumbai are being invited to the proposed interactive session.
Leading industrialists to share views
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will participate in the session. The vision and efforts of the government to promote investment, innovation, and sustainable development in Madhya Pradesh will be highlighted. Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Madhya Pradesh will give information about investment opportunities and possibilities. In the program, leading industrialists of Madhya Pradesh will also share their views on the industrial scenario and development prospects of the state.
The program will provide a platform for investors to connect with key stakeholders, participate in round table discussions and form a network with industry representatives. One-to-One meeting will be held between industry representatives and the Chief Minister. This will provide a unique opportunity for cooperation in various subjects related to industrial development.
