- Dr Yadav holds a meeting with entrepreneurs in Chhindwara

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that investment and industrial development in the state will boost employment and trade. For this, Regional Industry Conclave is being organised in Madhya Pradesh. He expressed these views in the meeting of industry associations and industrialists held in Amarwara of Chhindwara district on Tuesday to make the Regional Industry Conclave to be organised in Jabalpur on July 20 for industrial development in the state a success.
Dr. Yadav said that the government wants to develop equally in all the regions of the state by connecting entrepreneurs from outside with local entrepreneurs, in which new achievements can be made in the direction of agriculture, employment, trade, tourism etc. There are many difficulties in this, but move forward with positive thinking and resolve them. If all small, large, and medium-sized entrepreneurs collaborate closely with the government, a new wave of development can emerge. Till now, industry summits used to be held in Indore, but now they will be held in other parts of the state as well and industrial difficulties there will be resolved. He asked industry associations and industrialists to encourage investment. For this, they will be provided facilities as per the industrial policy. CM Dr. Yadav said that investment has to be encouraged keeping in view the goal of doubling the state’s GDP in the next 5 years.
Promote job creation at local level
Dr. Yadav said that investments should be directed towards what can be better based on local conditions. There are sufficient land banks in the state for industrial development. In the meeting, he emphasised on employment-oriented activities and processing of local products in industrial investment. Regarding subsidies for establishing industries, he asked to progress towards industry and trade by resolving difficulties between buyers and sellers. Giving special importance to local considerations in all these matters, he said that raw material should be made usable at local level and the number of people getting employment should be increased.
CM asked all the district collectors to understand the difficulties of industry and trade associations and to remove them and encourage investment so that small scale industries get encouragement and there are also suggestions for their betterment. He emphasized on the efforts being made to promote the dairy industry. He directed to do effective work towards the possibilities of industries in the district and division.
