Cairo, Dec 25 (UNI) An Israeli shelling of the Tulkarm camp on the West Bank has killed three people and injured six, the Palestinian Health Ministry has said.
“Three dead, six injured, including two seriously injured in [an Israeli] shelling of the Tulkarm camp,” the ministry said in a statement.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) continue to conduct raids in the West Bank to prevent terrorist attempts. Since October 2023, the Israeli military has detained more than 6,000 suspects in terrorist activities. It is believed that about 2,300 of the detainees have ties to the Palestinian movement Hamas.
