Assam CM said – BJP will benefit if Cong contests elections under his leadership; addressed public meeting after Jan Ashirwad Yatra in Harda
Harda: Assam Chief Minister and nationalist speaker Dr. Himanta Bisba Sarma reached Harda on Sunday to address the public as the keynote speaker in the Jan Ashirwad Yatra. Here Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel welcomed him with lotus flowers. Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma took a dig at former CM Kamal Nath in a meeting organized at the Middle School Ground and said that Kamal Nath is a tired leader. His face is tired. If Congress contests elections under his leadership, BJP will benefit.
Ladli Bahna Yojana has big impact
He said that Ladli Bahna Yojana in Madhya Pradesh has created a stir in all the states. Now sisters of all the states are demanding scheme like Ladli Bahna Yojana. Even in Assam, sisters say that scheme like Shivraj ji should be implemented. He said that after the elections, I am going to ask CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan as to how he implemented this scheme. He said that under the leadership of CM Chouhan, all-round development of the state has happened very fast. Due to the continuous efforts of Chief Minister Chouhan, Madhya Pradesh has moved from the category of sick state to the category of developed states.
State Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel also addressed on this occasion. He said in his address that today is a historic day. Today is the birth anniversary of Lord Vishwakarma as well as the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that excellent work has been done in the last years in the direction of women empowerment in Madhya Pradesh.
Housing scheme for sisters launched
Patel said Chief Minister Ladli Behna Awas Yojana has started from today itself. Under this scheme, the government will provide housing facilities to such women who have not yet got the benefit of permanent housing under any other scheme. On this issue, Agriculture Minister Shri Patel said that the state government will provide gas cylinders to women for just Rs 450 under the gas cylinder refilling scheme which was started in the state two days ago. Earlier, schemes like Ladli Lakshmi Yojana, Ladli Brahmin Yojana, Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana of the state government have helped in making women self-reliant. During this, former Rajya Sabha member Prabhat Jha also addressed the people and said that the country has achieved all-round development under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Shivraj Singh.
Assam CM welcomed
Bjp’s Bhopal District President Sumit Pachauri welcomed Assam’s Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma at Bhopal Airport on Sunday by presenting him a bouquet of flowers on his arrival in Bhopal, the city of Raja Bhoj. Present on this occasion were Bhopal Division Election Management Committee in-charge, District Bhopal, Minister of State for Cooperation, Uttar Pradesh JP Rathore, Rajendra Gupta and district officials.
Today, under the theme of Indian Swachhta League 2.O, the “Swachh Yoga Mahotsav” program was concluded on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at Bhanpur Khanti of Team “Bemisaal Bhopal”. On this occasion, Medical Education Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang, MLA Mrs. Krishna Gaur, Municipal Corporation President Kisan Suryavanshi, MIC members, councilors, Municipal Corporation officials and students of city schools were present.
