Brasilia, Sep 15 (UNI) Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will attend the BRICS October summit in Kazan, Brazilian Ambassador in Russia Rodrigo Baena Soares told Sputnik.
“Yes, he will attend the meeting,” the diplomat said on Saturday, when asked the relevant question.
