Bhopal: Cooperation Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang on Monday welcomed the tanker carrying Ganga water from Prayagraj Mahakumbh along with the residents. He greeted the tanker filled with holy Ganga water by performing aarti with rituals.
On this occasion, Minister Sarang said that the ‘Har Har Gange-Har Ghar Gange’ initiative has been started for the residents of Narela Assembly, under which the holy Ganga water of Prayagraj Mahakumbh will be delivered to every house free of cost. This Ganga water has been specially brought from Prayagraj and it will be distributed after packing in bottles.
Minister Shri Sarang said that Ganga water has been ordered from Prayagraj on the auspicious occasion of Mahakumbh. This holy Ganga water of Mahakumbh Prayagraj will be specially delivered to every house in Narela assembly constituency. For this, water will be packed in bottles and distributed free of cost. With this, every citizen can earn virtue by bathing at his home and can also use it in religious works.
Enthusiasm and gratitude among residents
Special enthusiasm was seen among the local residents on this initiative. They expressed gratitude to Minister Sarang for this effort. During the program, the local residents showered flowers with joy and the echo of drums transformed the entire area into a devotional atmosphere.
Ganga water has special religious and spiritual significance in Hinduism. It is considered sacred and salvation-giving. Getting Ganga water of Mahakumbh is considered very auspicious for the devotees.
