- CM’s unique initiative – ‘Madhya Pradesh Utsav’ organized for first time in Delhi
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Madhya Pradesh is a rich state in terms of cultural, historical, archaeological, tribal heritage, tourism, art, lifestyle diverse cuisine, etc. Dr. Yadav said that a unique 4-day ‘Madhya Pradesh Utsav” has been organized in the country’s capital to acquaint the people of Delhi and other states with the rich cultural heritage of MP, the heart of the country. CM said this while inaugurating the Madhya Pradesh Utsav at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan in Delhi on Friday. On the initiative of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh Utsav has been organized for the first time on a massive scale in Delhi, which will run from August 30 to September 2, 2024.
CM Dr. Yadav said that through Madhya Pradesh Utsav, the people of Delhi and tourists from other states will get an opportunity to learn about the richly diverse culture and other aspects of Madhya Pradesh, the heart of the country.
M.P. Heritage shown through exhibition
CM Yadav said that excellent work has been done by the Archeology Department. The department is successfully carrying out the challenging task of restoring ancient dilapidated temples and shrines. He appreciated the ‘Heritage of Madhya Pradesh’ exhibition organized by the Directorate of Archaeological Archives and Museum. In the exhibition organized in Madhya Pradesh Utsav, on the one hand, an innovative effort has been made to honor the paintings of Gond artists, on the other hand, efforts have been made to make people aware of about 10 thousand years old painting, the rock paintings of Bhimbaitka.
