MP’s presentation was effective in meeting of NITI Aayog

  • Regional Industry Conclave to be held in Gwalior on Aug 28: CM

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the next Regional Industry Conclave of the state will be held in Gwalior on August 28. He said that work should be done as per local conditions and requirements to encourage investment and industrial activities in all districts. People engaged in traditional industries, business and trade should also be encouraged to expand their activities. Investment and industrial activities should be increased equally in all districts. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the ministers before the meeting of the Council of Ministers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also called upon all the public representatives including ministers, MPs and MLAs to celebrate the festival of Rakshabandhan with their beloved sisters in their respective areas.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said in a discussion with the Council of Ministers that the presentation of Madhya Pradesh was effective in the meeting of NITI Aayog held in New Delhi. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, there was a detailed discussion on the goal of making India the third economy of the world in the next 5 years and the Amrit Kaal of the year 2047. It is a matter of happiness that the road map set by the state government for these is in line with the national goals. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the CM Conclave, Prime Minister Modi has talked about establishing dialogue and contact with every beneficiary in the successful operation and implementation of public welfare programs. Programs should be organized at the district, tehsil, district, gram panchayat, panchayat and village level in the state. In the New Delhi meeting, the need to work continuously towards connecting river grid i.e. river to river for effective use of water was emphasized. Prime Minister Modi praised the ongoing activities in Madhya Pradesh for the river linking campaign.

District level vision documents should be prepared

With reference to the discussion held in the meeting of NITI Aayog, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that along with creating an environment for investment in the state, district level vision documents should be prepared by dividing the target set for the state into districts and their implementation should be ensured. Efforts should be made towards skill development of youth and providing them employment opportunities. Discussions were also held in the meeting of NITI Aayog on converting poverty to zero line, increasing agricultural productivity, agricultural diversification, encouraging farmers’ market contact and increasing natural farming.
