Keeping in mind the safety of vehicles in the capital, Multi Parking lots have been built at many places, but even then parking is a big problem among the major problems of the city. Even after so many Multi Parking lots, people park their vehicles at no-parking places and go away. Action is also taken every day.
Vehicles are also towed by the police, even after this, the chaos spreading regarding the parking of vehicles is not reducing. In Bhopal, four-wheeler drivers face the most problems regarding parking. Apart from this, if these vehicles are parked anywhere like this, then other citizens have to face inconvenience.
Multi Parking lots have been built in many posh areas of Bhopal, MP Nagar, New Market and ISBT. The biggest multi level parking is in MP Nagar. Which is G+5 storey in 10 thousand 500 square meters. Apart from this, multi-parking will also be constructed in Sant Hirdaram Nagar of Bairagarh area. Because, people face a lot of difficulty in parking their vehicles at the station here. This station is being constructed under the Amrit Bharat Yojana. There is also a proposal to prepare a waiting room under this scheme. There will be a lot of convenience by building multi-parking here. Talking about the present time, the maximum jam is seen on the multi-level parking road in Santnagar and this problem occurs due to the movement of vehicles parked on the roadside or around the shops. Another reason for this is the continuous movement of vehicles. Shops around the road promote this jam. MP Nagar and New Market multi-level parking were built by spending Rs 80 crore, but still it is not proving to be of any use. Because, people coming to the market here park their two and four wheelers on the roadside to save five to ten rupees. Not only this, you will find many vehicles parked outside this multi-parking which causes traffic problems on the roads here throughout the day.
Why have the responsible people not paid attention till now?
The traffic police keep roaming around with their personnel and cranes active all the time. As soon as someone parks a vehicle on the road, the vehicle is seized. After that action is taken by issuing a challan. Many times the vehicle is released from the court, but now it seems that all this process is of no use. The inconvenience caused by vehicle parking is never going to reduce. Now the question also arises that why are the responsible people unaware of this inconvenience till now. Do they never face problems like other people and if they do, then why nothing is done about it?
