The state government has demanded two CRPF battalions from the central government, so that its activities can be curbed in the Naxal-affected areas of Balaghat, Mandla and Dindori.
According to the information received, Mohan government has received information from intelligence agencies about the arrival and activities of Naxalites in Balaghat, Mandla and Dindori districts of the state. After the news of Naxalite threat in the state, Mohan government has demanded two battalions of CRPF jawans from the central government. Both these battalions will be deployed in Mandla, Balaghat and Dindori districts.
New cadres of Naxalites formed by the name of Dalam-2
The intelligence department has alerted Mohan Sarkar that Naxalites have set foot in Madhya Pradesh. Naxalites have formed new cadres. According to the intelligence department, Naxalites have started preparing cadres by the name of Dalam-2. Naxalites have started activities of new cadres in the Naxal-affected areas of the state, Balaghat, Mandla and Dindori. Currently, Mohan Sarkar is busy preparing a plan to destroy the Naxalites.

Informed sources said that the governments of Chhattisgarh have been running operations against Naxalites in many districts including Bijapur, Dantewada, Bastar and some districts of Telangana for some days, in which a large number of Naxalites were killed. Many have also surrendered. To avoid this operation, Naxalites are now reaching some districts including Balaghat, Dindori and Mandla of Madhya Pradesh bordering these two states. The intelligence agency is tracking their activities. At present, the Madhya Pradesh government has been alerted. It is known that Naxalites are believed to be involved in the murder of Likhiram Kawre, who was the Home Minister in the Digvijay government.
CRPF battalion will deal with Naxalites
It is said that the central government has created the Central Reserve Police Force CRPF military unit to deal with Naxalites. There are 1,000 soldiers in each of its battalions. These companies are deployed for different operations. The CRPF is responsible for the internal security, law and order and terrorism control of the country.
