- CM performs Bhoomi Pujan of 16 road projects worth Rs 658 crore at Dussehra Milan Utsav
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the state government is making the state an employment-oriented state as well as deciding every dimension of development. He said that Pratibha Swaraj unit has been inaugurated today in Ujjain at a cost of Rs 350 crore, which will provide employment to more than 5 thousand people. About 10 thousand people will get employment from the units of Best Enterprises and Pratibha Swaraj of Ujjain. Similarly, 50 thousand unemployed people will get direct employment through other industrial units in Ujjain. Dr. Yadav was addressing the Dussehra Milan Utsav and Bhoomi Pujan program of 16 road projects worth Rs 658 crore at Kartik Mela Ground in Ujjain today. Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh, Ujjain in-charge Minister Gautam Tetwal, and a large number of people were present in the program.
CM Dr. Yadav said that the state is progressing rapidly in every sector. To bring investors in the state and increase investment, investors will be invited by going to Hyderabad on 16 October. In the series of Regional Industry Conclave started from Ujjain division, now the conclave is going to be held in Rewa on 23 October. After this, Regional Industries Conclave will also be organized in Shahdol, Narmadapuram division. Global Investors Summit will be organized in the state in the month of February next year, in which investors from all over the world will be invited.
Ujjain will be recognized as a major center of religious tourism
CM said that through Simhastha-2028, Ujjain will be recognized as a major center of religious tourism on the world stage. Keeping in view the upcoming Simhastha, a helipad will also be constructed at Sadaval to make the access to Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple of Ujjain more easy. Similarly, a new four-lane will be built from Somvariya to Simhastha bypass, the tender process of which has started. Approval has also been given for the construction of four lanes from KD Gate to ahead of Bima Hospital. Work on Ujjain-Indore Sixlane has started. Bhoomi Pujan of Tapobhoomi to Hamukhedi road has also been done today. He said that the roads connecting Ujjain on all sides will be made four-lane, so that the rural areas of the district will be connected to the main roads.
CM Dr. Yadav inaugurated the Dussehra Milan Utsav program by lighting the lamp and worshipped the girls along with the guests. He welcomed the people present by showering flowers.
