Patriotism is inherent in student power: CM

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that patriotism is inherent in student power. Students should advance in their lives by acquiring practical knowledge alongside their education and proceed thoughtfully along the path of their duty. Chief Minister of the state Dr. Yadav said this on Thursday at the inauguration of the 57th State Convention of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Madhya Bharat organised at the local Krantiveer Tatya Tope Nagar Guna.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it has been a great pleasure to attend today’s programme. Student life plays a crucial role in shaping one’s future. He encouraged students to acquire practical knowledge in addition to their academic studies. Everyone should take on the responsibility of guiding society towards a new direction grounded in nationalist ideals. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that considering Lord Krishna as an ideal, we should move forward on the path shown by him and achieve our goals. The foundation of democracy in India has been strengthened by the power of students. Youths of 18 years have got the right to vote. Commercialization of the education system has been eliminated.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the gift of Tatya Tope University to Guna district will pave the way for enhanced educational opportunities for students, making their journey towards learning more accessible. He said that 55 excellence colleges have been started in the state. Along with this, studies of agriculture faculty have been started. He said that the government is committed to open employment-providing courses in colleges. 30 medical colleges were opened in the state within 15 years. Seats for 5 thousand students were kept reserved in these colleges. In the coming time, the government is working on a plan to provide benefits to 10 thousand youth in 52 medical colleges.
