PM Modi arrives in Khajuraho

Khajuraho, Feb 23 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Khajuraho on Sunday on a two-day visit to the Madhya Pradesh.

Modi was received at the airport by Governor Mangubhai Patel, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and other dignitaries at Khajuraho in Chhatarpur district of Bundelkhand region. After this, he left for Gadha (Bageshwar Dham) located in Chhatarpur district by army helicopter.

Modi will lay the foundation stone of a cancer hospital at Bageshwar Dham to be constructed at a cost of over Rs 200 crore. He will also offe prayers at the famous Bageshwar temple. After addressing the people, he will return to Bhopal via Khajuraho.

After attending a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) programme in Bhopal, Modi will stay overnight at the Raj Bhavan and inaugurate the two-day Global Investors Summit on February 24. After the event, he will leave for Delhi.
