New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday alleged that BJP and RSS want SC/STs to remain backward, quoting a report of halt in scholarship for SC/STs due to lack of funds.
Mr Gandhi, taking to Twitter, shared a report,'Scholarship for 60 lakh Scheduled Caste school students stuck after end of Central funding.'
'In the BJP/RSS vision of India, Adivasis and Dalits should not have access to education.Stopping scholarships for SC-ST students is their way of ending justifying their means,' Mr Gandhi wrote.
