New Delhi, As part of efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus in the national capital, the Delhi government on Thursday issued directions to completely close all government, non-government and recognized private schools till 31 March."I have directed all schools, colleges and universities in Delhi to be shut down completely both for students & staff until 31 March. All exams, including Board exams will happen only after 31 March. I urge all Delhiites to work from home as far as possible", Chief Mininster Arvind Kejriwal said in a tweet. The Directorate of Education, too, postponed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations and annual examinations. The annual examinations which were scheduled to be held from March 19 to 31, have been postponed. However, the answer sheets of the annual examination will be evaluated by the teachers concerned from their home.
