There is a lot of news on social media that are no beds in hospitals, patients not getting injections and oxygen, avoid such information and do not even share.
 Get adequate sleep of 7 to 8 hours
Doctor Baurasi said that to get healthy it is necessary to get sufficient sleep. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Also do yoga or other exercises for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Healthy diet increases immunity. Eat protein rich foods like lentils and boiled eggs, in addition to vitamins, include green vegetables, salads and fruits etc. in the diet. Social distance means to keep the physical distance at least 6 feet to 1 meter and stay connected to your loved ones through virtual means.
