MANIT PhD scholars get HRA amount after 2 years 4 months

Bhopal: 16% HRA amount of stipend has been deposited in the accounts of PhD Scholars of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology through Accounts Section. It should be noted that since July 2019, the scholars were continuously demanding from the MANIT administration that they should be given the amount of HRA as per the rules of the Government of India.The PhD scholars had also informed Bhopal MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and the officials of the Ministry of Education about this demand. The scholars under the leadership of Rajkumar Malviya kept open the front for the release of HRA amount and finally this month HRA amount has been deposited by MANIT management in the accounts of PhD Scholars of 2019, 2020 and 2021 academic session. All PhD scholars have expressed their gratitude towards their leader Rajkumar Malviya by expressing their gratitude.PhD Scholar Satyam Mishra said that our leader Rajkumar Malviya sir continued to motivate us and as a result of his tireless efforts, today we have been given HRA amount by MANIT management.
PhD scholar Arun Kumar says that we had already given up hope of the amount of HRA, but Rajkumar Malviya sir was working on it. This success has been achieved because of his positive initiative.The same Rajkumar Malviya has thanked the then Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the current Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, MANIT Director Dr. Narendra Raghuvanshi and the officials of the Ministry of Education and said that soon the stopped amount of HRA should be given to scholars in the form of arrears.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the PhD scholars have lost one and a half years, so they should be given an additional one and a half year so that they can publish their research papers in SCI/SCIE research journals.
