Janata curfew will be there from 8 pm Saturday to 6 am Monday, daily night curfew

In view of the decrease in the rate of corona infection in the capital, Bhopal’s District Magistrate and Collector Avinash Lavania has issued revised orders under section 144 with conditions of precaution. According to the order, there will be a public curfew from 8pm Saturday to 6am of Monday.
Along with this, hotels, restaurants and food shops can open with only take home facility. According to the decision taken in the meeting of District Crisis Management Group on Tuesday, superseding of all the orders issued earlier, the prohibitory orders and rules of Janata Curfew will be applicable in the revenue limits of entire Bhopal district till further orders. There will be daily night curfew in the entire district from 8 pm to 6 am. There will be Janata Curfew on every Sunday in the entire district which will be effective from 8 pm of Saturday till 6 am of Monday. During this Janata Curfew, milk dairies will be open from 6 am to 9 am and establishment related to medical stores and health services will remain open throughout the day.
These will open with conditions:
All lodging, hotels, resorts will be open for visitors only. Food can be served only to in-house guests in lodges, hotels, resorts. All restaurants, eateries, sweet shops and other catering shops will be able to open only for take home or home delivery, dinning will be completely prohibited there. Country and foreign liquor shops, cannabis shops, Excise Department will operate in the district as per the instructions of Madhya Pradesh government. There will be a ban on the gathering of more than 6 people at any place other than the rule of six permitted activities. Wholesale markets of vegetables, fruits and flowers will operate outside the urban area and at designated places. Inside the city, vegetables, fruits, flowers will be sold in retail on hand carts etc. in mobile form. Haat markets will be completely closed. All salon businessmen, having more than one chair, will be able to do business by maintaining a distance of two yards except one chair with maximum 50 percent capacity. Sitting inside the salon as a visitor, waiting will be prohibited. Spa center operations operating at all hotel and salons, etc. places will be completely closed. All private offices will be able to open with the presence of 50 percent of the total employees. To participate in the sports competition, single sports will be allowed with the rule of six rules.
More than 04 persons will not be allowed to be present at all religious / places of worship at a time. Last rites will be allowed with a maximum of 10 persons. Marriage will be allowed with a maximum of 20 people including both the parties.
Passengers in buses should be seated leaving one seat so that social distance can be maintained. Two riders in auto, e-rickshaw, taxi and private four wheeler, driver and two passengers will be allowed to travel while wearing a face mask.
In all public and commercial establishments, it will be mandatory to follow the protocol of Covid-19, face mask, sanitizer, distance of 2 yards, making circles and tying rope. On the basis of weekly average in all the wards of the city, it will be divided into dark green, green, yellow, orange and red zones, in which the above activities will be completely banned by making the wards falling in orange and red zones as containment areas.

-All types of social, political, entertainment, cultural, religious events and fairs, etc., in open and closed places, in which people gather, will be completely prohibited.
-All types of Dharnas (Sit in), demonstrations, processions, memorandum gathering etc. will be strictly prohibited.
-Offline classes of schools, colleges, educational, training and coaching institutes will be completely closed. Online classes can be conducted.
-All shopping malls, swimming pools, cinema halls, clubs, indoor activities, gyms, theatres, picnic spots, tourist places, auditoriums, etc. will remain closed.
-All team or group sporting activities will be prohibited.

Transportation of essential commodities, workers/personnel of industrial units, transportation of industrial raw materials and products, transportation of sick persons and to and fro to airport and railway stations. There will be exemption for appearing in examination and competitive examination.
