Mild cold likely for next 3 days in MP

There will be mild cold in Madhya Pradesh for the next three days. After November 8, there will be a drop in the night temperature. Meteorologist Ved Prakash Singh said that due to the active western disturbance, the winds are not turning north. Due to this the mercury is running above normal in the state. However, it will remain a bit cold in the evening and morning.
After three days, the night temperature is likely to come down. In such a situation, it can come below 10 degrees in many districts. The night temperature in Bhopal can be between 9 to 11 degrees. On Sunday, there was dense fog in Gwalior in the morning. Visibility here was reduced to 500 meters. However, there was light fog in many areas of the state.
Scientist Singh said that due to western disturbance the winds could not turn north. Winds over half the country are northwest and westerly. Due to this, light clouds are visible in Ujjain division. There is light sunshine in the rest of the state. Due to this, an increase in the night temperature was recorded across the state. However, the day temperature is normal. It is between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. This situation will remain for the next 3 days. After 72 hours the temperature will come down. In many areas it can go below 10 degrees.

Cold weather expected by the last week of December: According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will continue to fluctuate for two weeks. After that the cold can take hold. In such a situation, there can be a good cold in the last week of December.

Temperature five degrees above normal:  Night temperatures have risen across the state. The night temperature in Damoh, including Damoh, Mandla, Sidhi, Datia, Rajgarh and Ujjain of the state, climbed up to 5 degree Celsius in 6 districts. Apart from this, the minimum temperature in most of the districts of the state remained high by 2 to 4 degrees.
