Narrow escape for Computer Baba as truck collides head-on with car

Computer Baba had a miraculous escape as one of the vehicles of his cavalcade was hit by a trawler near a village in Burhanpur town on Monday. Three people sustained minor injuries but the jeep’s front portion was badly damaged. Computer Baba has demanded probe into the incident. Burhanpur Police Control Room told ‘The Hitavada’ that Computer Baba was travelling in another jeep. One of the jeeps of his cavalcade was hit by a trawler near Jhiri village. A case has been registered against trawler driver. After the mishap, blood pressure of Computer Baba got shoot up and he laid down on road for a while. Congress Spokesman J P Dhanopia told that Computer Baba was on the way to participate in a rally of ex Chief MinisterKamal Nath in Khandwa Constituency. His companions got injured in the incident. ‘The Hitavada’ tried to contact Computer Baba but he had not responded to repeated calls made to him. Notably, campaigning is underway in by poll bound Khandwa Lok Sabha constituency.
