Sarvadharma Bridge will be widened at a cost of 5 crores

The Sarvadharma Bridge in Kolar, a suburb of the capital, will be widened at a cost of five crores. This bridge will be widened from four lanes to six lanes. With the widening of the bridge, the problem of traffic jams will be solved.
The benefit of this widening will be direct benefit to the population of two and a half lakhs of Kolar and the total population of three lakhs who come here daily from different areas. On Wednesday, MLA of Huzur assembly constituency Rameshwar Sharma inspected the bridge for widening work. MLA Sharma told that Kolar main road is being made six lane at a cost of 222 crore, so it is necessary to make this bridge also six lane. Separately, the Sarvadharma Bridge will be widened by 11 meters at a cost of five crores. Whose length will be 60 meters. The Public Works Department will do the construction work of the bridge. For this the department has issued tender. By June, all the formalities will be completed and the construction work will be started.
MLA Rameshwar Sharma also visited Kolar-Hinautia-Bheropur-Maksi road from Kerwa Dam. A road parallel to the canal will be constructed from 18 crores 17 lakhs. The construction of this 13.5 km road will be done by the Public Works Department. MLA Sharma has made a measurement for the construction of the road in front of him and has given necessary instructions. MLA Rameshwar Sharma also visited the second phase of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Ring Road and the newly constructed Salaiya Marg.
Additional ward will be built in Kolar Government Hospital
MLA Sharma, along with BJP workers and citizens, on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for the construction work of additional ward in Community Health Center from 25 lakhs. MLA Rameshwar Sharma has given this amount from his MLA fund for the construction of the ward. The ward will be constructed by NRHM. While arriving to lay the foundation stone, MLA Sharma also inspected the arrangements in the hospital.
