Atal Memorials in MP


It is quite natural for the Chief Minister Mr.Shivraj Singh Chouhan to be sensitive about Mr.Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He started his electoral political carrier from Vidisha Lok Sabha bye-election vacated by Mr.Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Mr.Chouhan has announced series of Atal memorials is the State. All the seven smart cities of Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, Sagar and Satna will be named Atal cities. It will have world class libraries, excellence and research centres. His life story will be included in school text books. The Habibganj Railway station and Bhopal AIIMS hospital will be named on Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Habibganj is so named in the name of family member of the Nawab Bhopal family. At capital Bhopal a global skill park is being set up in 600 crores and it will be named on him. The State Government will institute five National Atal Bihari Vajpayee awards of five lakh each for poets, journalists and good governance. The coming up Vidisha Medical College will be named on him. Mr.Vjapayee born at Gwalior and studied in Gorkhi School. This school will be upgraded as excellence school with a planatorium and museum there. At such memorials the life size statues of Atal Bihari Vajapyee will be installed. On August 19 his ashes were immersed in river Ganga at Haridwar by his daughter Mrs.Namita Bhattarchaya with religious rites. The other urns of his ashes will be immersed in all the pious rivers of the nation.
