Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the beneficiaries, who have registered themselves under the Mukhya Mantri Jan-Kalyan Yojana will be entitled for benefit from April 1.
The registered beneficiaries will not be deprived of benefits of other schemes. They will get benefits of other schemes like before.Mporeover, the eligible applicants will not be deprived of economic assistance due to the absence of registration verification.
There will be no age restriction for medical facilities. Government hospitals of other states close to the border of the state will be linked with Illness Assistance Scheme. The CM Chouhan gave instrucions to the District Collectors to monitor Agriculture produce procurement on support price constantly.
Send those persons to jail, who cheat in the name of farmers. Chouhan was reviewing the preparations of launching of Mukhya Mantri Jan-Kalyan (Sambal) Yojana in the state and distribution of benefits through video conference at Mantralaya today.
Jan-Kalyan Yojana to be launched on June 13
CM Chouhan asserted that active participation of public representavies and administration must be ensured in implementation of Jan-Kalyan Yojana.
On the launching programme i.e. June 13, beside patta distribution and benefits of Pradhanmantri Awas, Ujjawala Yojana, Ladli Laxmi, Charan-Paduka etc. benefits of other schemes will also be distributed among the remaining beneficiaries.
He further said that facilities and convenience to the farmers must be ensured during the procurement work. Moreover, strict vigil should also be maintained to avoid cheating by wested intrest elements in the name of farmers.
Chouhan stated that protshan amount on wheat will be deposited in the bank accounts of the farmers on June 10. Similarly, protshan amount of Rs. 800 per quintal on garlic and Rs. 400 per quintal on onion will be given to the registered farmers.
Chouhan said that benefit of flat electricity bill scheme to the registered beneficiary will be given, provided electricity consumption is less than Rs. 1000 and electricity connection is not more than 500 watt. Beneficiary will have to pay just Rs. 200 as electricity charges.
Moreover, Chouhan gave directives for formation of monitoring committees by June 13. It is mandatory to have one woman and one representaive of SC/ST category among the 5 members of the committee. Committe will be constituted by the approval of District Minister In-Charge.
Pvt. Medical Colleges’ fee for candidates selected in NEET to be paid by government
Chouhan said that fees of private medical colleges for selected candidates of NEET examination will be deposited by the government.Similarly, fee of candidates who secured up rank up to 1.50 lakh in JEE examination will also be deposited by the government.
Moreover, students, who are getting admissions in other courses in government institutions will also be benefitted under the scheme. He stated that the scheme should be publicised at a wide scale. Take help of wall paintings and information related to the schemes should be written on the walls of panchayat bhavan,. He urged the block coordinator of Jan Abhiyan Parishad to cooperate in publicity and implementation of the scheme.
Principal Secretary Public Health and Family Welfare Smt. Gouri Singh and Principal Secretary Labour Sanjay Dubey informed about issues related to the implementation of scheme. Dubey in the presentation apprised about delivery, funeral, ex gratia, free education, medical facility, coaching, training, E-Loader, loan subsidy for employment and about flat rate electricty bill payment.
He informed that smart cards have to be distributed from the first week of July. Payment will be made to beneficaries, who are entiltled to get benefit from April 1 to May 31, through cheque on June 13. Moreover, registration certificates will also be distributed in the programme.

Archana Chitnis, Minister of State for Labour (Independent Charge) Balkrishna Patidar, Minister of State for AYUSH and Cottage and Village Industries Jalam Singh Patel, Vice Presidents of Jan Abhiyan Parishad Raghvendra Gautam and Pradeep Pandey, and in the district Members of Legislative Assembly, Collectors, CEOs of Jila, Janpad and Nagar Panchayat, officers of Nagar Nigam, Nagar Palika and block coordinators of Jan Abhiyan Parishad were present in the conference.
