BSSS cycle rally reached Shivpuri


Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal The Pedal Club of The Bhopal School of Social Sciences had initiated its 8- day long cycle rally from Bhopal to Delhi on 17th of January 2018. The rally was flagged off by the Honourable Mayor, Bhopal, Alok Sharmaji and the respected Member, Legislative Asssebbly, Bhopal, Surendra Nath Singh. The rally comprises of 10 boys, 5 girls and three faculty members- Vishal Singh Sengar, Nasir Ali and Sangeetika Sharma. The team has reached Shivpuri via Bairasiya, Sironj and Guna. On their way to the National Capital, the team is pursing its aim to spread awareness about ‘Clean and Healthy India’, through various performances like Songs, Folk dances, Skits etc. They are receiving warm welcome and huge applause at various places. The heads of Navodaya Schools and the Sarpanch of various villages are boosting up their morale to proceed forth in their mission with a noble vision. The Principal, BSSS, Dr. Fr. John PJ appreciated the team- its enthusiasm, courage, energy and vigour, to have taken up this initiative, which is a proof of their patriotic fervour. PRO, BSSS, Mrs. Manju Mehta informed that the rally would reach Delhi on 25th January 2018 where they plan to meet the Honourable Prime Minister and be a part of the Republic Day Celebrations.
