C.B.S.E. Paper Leak


After the leakage of C.B.S.E examination maths and economics papers the Board has ordered the retest in these two papers within a week to uphold the sanctity of the Board. A Delhi coaching owner Vikki was held on this connection whose institute imports coaching in math and economics. The leaked paper were found with 10 students and one such paper reached up to Delhi Education Minister Mr Manish Sisodia who took prompt action. These days almost all the academic examinations and for admission, selection for jobs have lost its sanctity.Many decades back only some students were involved in copying in examinations by secretly keeping slips with them but later many schools and collages on contract admitted students on providing them mass copying and assured results. But the Vyapam of Madhya Pradesh and Topper scandal in the Bihar Board have exposed that now such rackets are business of education mafia all over India. Some year back in the U.P.S.C. Civil Service (I.A.S) examination the paper of economic was leaked and sold to candidates. It was printed in Patna and the press owner leaked and sold it earning lakhs of rupee within in few days. But on knowing about it the U.P.S.C. cancelled the paper and ordered a fresh after some time. In Punjab the chairman of the State Public Service Commission was arrested for running racket in the selling the paper of job oriented examination. In Mumbai son of Chairman of Railway Selection Board was caught red-handed selling the test paper. The Madhya Pradesh High Court on March 28 stayed the result of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission State Civil Service Preliminary Examination of 2018. The examination was held in February 18 and more than two lakh candidates appeared on it. There were some discrepancies in model answer sheet. On the leaked C.B.S.E paper the Union Human Resources Minister Mr Prakash Javedkar and the Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi expressed serious concern. But in view of Vyapam, Bihar topper case, Public Service Commission Examination the leakage of C.B.S.C. is ordinary this. The Prime Minister Mr Modi should give serious thought to deteriorating system of examinations all over India. In Madhya Pradesh and Bihar the top merit position were sold in heavy payments. There are more corruption in service examination held by Vyapam. The High Court and Supreme Court observed that in the Vyapam scandal carriers of thousands of young man and women were ruined in their not getting employment and their career were marred for no fault of their own. Sanctity is violated every were. Thousand of undeserving persons were employed on jobs or provided admission in higher studies in the professional courses. The entire system needs overhauling.
