CRISP organizes management development programme for defence personnel


Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal For enhancing the managerial skill to excel the professional efficiency of defence personnel, CRISP conducted 5 days specially designed training programme on Communication & Presentation Skill for the staff of Navy, Indian Coast Guard and Naval Dockyard. Around 20 participants from all over India attended the programme organized at CRISP.The basic objective of the programme was to help the defence personnel to learn different aspects of better communication and presentation so that they can successfully manage conflict, stress, convincing art and effective negotiation to improve the personal & professional lifestyle. CRISP has established relationship with different defence and national security based organizations for enhancing, knowledge, skill and attitude of concerning staff and officials on continuation basis. CRISP is offering need based training and development interventions to improve the performance and efficiency of defence personnel.The training programme concluded. The certificates were distributed to the participants in the presence of Mr. Mukesh Sharma, CEO, Dr. Ranjan Kumar, CPO & vote of thanks by Dr. Mathew John of CRISP.
