Dinner parties, music shows to welcome New Year

Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal Dance, parties and celebrations in hotels and clubs in the city continued till late in the night to welcome New Year. While some hotels roped in dance troupes, others had invited DJs for livening up New Year bash. Delicious, mouth-watering food was the highlight of celebrations at all places. Hotels welcomed New Year with a bang this year. People enjoyed luminous fusion night glow in the dark with a magnificent entertainment with top DJ’s across India. Many hotels organised night on December 31 with lavish food and blasting music. They planned a grand year-end that served up entertainment shows and lavish buffet dinner with DJ’s, dance troupe and sizzling dancers. Mouth-watering food and music was the fragrance of celebrations. Special dinner parties and music shows were held to welcome the New Year. The most sought after tourist spots for New Year celebrations in the state this year including Panchmarhi, Hanuvantia, Kanha and Bandhavgarh were booked. The hotels of MP Tourism Department Corporation (MPTDC) in these places were fully booked for New Year celebrations. Some of the hotels in the state capital have also been booked. The favourite spots for revellers are Panchmarhi and all the national parks in the state saw enthusiastic celebrations. Celebrations took place at Orchha, Khajurho, Mandu, Maheshwar, Pench, Panna, Tawa and Madhai. People of the state should resolve for Sabka Saath- Sabka Vikas in the New Year: Chouhan Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has extended warm greetings of the New Year to the people of the state. Chouhan wished for peace, happiness and prosperity for everyone in the new year. In his message Chouhan said that all sections of the society should ensure their active participation in the development of the state and the country. He called upon the citizens to resolve to fulfill their duties as a citizen in the new year. He said that all should resolve to fulfill their duties with full commitment and dedication for not only for themselves but for the welfare of all sections of the society, state and country. Chouhan has appealed people of the state to continue to move ahead with renewed energy and enthusiasm with the mool mantra of “Sabka-Saath – Sabka Vikas”.
