Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra today distributed smart phones to 500 students at Datia PG College. On this occasion, Deputy Chairman of Textbook Corporation Avdhesh Naik and Datia Nagar Palika President Subhash Agarwal were also present.
Minister Dr. Mishra said that Madhya Pradesh government is providing smart phones to students to ensure their participation in digital India and make them high tech. Students should use these phones to acquire knowledge and improve their life.
Power supply in far-flung Chunaghat village: Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra dedicated electrification work in far-flung Chunaghat village along Sindh River in Datia.
Power supply has been made possible in this village under Soubhagya Yojana from 3 km distance at a cost of Rs 12 lakhs. The joy of villagers on having their village electrified is quite apparent.
PR Minister talks to villagers at Raipura: Dr. Mishra visited Raipura village and spoke to the villagers. He listened to their woes and issued instructions for their redressal.
The PR Minister said that Madhya Pradesh government is running unique scheme for the welfare of unorganized labourers. Apart from agricultural labourers, small and marginal farmers, domestic labourers and farmers with 2.5 acre land can get registered under this scheme.
