The Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company has worked out a scheme of providing Green Energy Corridor in the state. In the renewable energy sector it will inter-linked its transmission system. In the first phase 1838 circuit kilometer lines will be spread out at the cost of Rs.2100 crores.
In the coming five years renewable energy projects 4925 megawatt are envisaged. It will consist 3105 megawatt solar and 1820 non-solar. In the first phase three sub-station of 400 KV and seven of 220 KV will be set up.
The first phase is of Rs.2100 crores and second phase will be of 1475 crores of rupees. The first phase will be completed on the three years time upto 2020.
The seven stations are being set-up at Mandsaur, Sagar and Ujjain will be of 400 KW and 220 KW station will be set up at Sendhwa, Javra, Gudgoan, Kalvan, Ratangarh, Nalkheda and Sailana.
