Karnataka Polls: BJP releases 7 names in fourth list


New Delhi, The Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday released fourth list of candidates for the Karnataka Assembly elections to be held on May 12. The list approved by Central Committee of the BJP and released by CEC Secretary J P Nadda comprised seven names-- G R Pravin Patil (Bhadravati), Jaggesh(Yeshvanthapura), Lallesh Reddy (BTM Layout), Ms H Lilavathi (Ramanagaram), Ms Nandini Gowda (Kanakapura), H K Suresh (Belur) and J Preetham Gowda (Hassan). The first list included 72 names, second 82 and the third comprised 59 candidates. Karnataka will go to polls on May 12 to elect its representatives for the 225-member Assembly. The results will be out on May 15. There are 224 members of the Vidhan Sabha or the Legislative Assembly of Karnataka. One member is a representative of the Anglo-Indian community nominated by the Governor.
