Love Sonia' to have world premiere at London Indian filmfest

New Delhi, Tabrez Noorani's 'Love Sonia', the story of a young Indian village girl whose life is tumultuously and irrevocably changed when she gets entrapped in the global sex trade while trying to save her sister Sonia, is all set for a world premiere at the Bagri London Indian Film Festival, 2018, trade sources said on Thursday The film will be opening the festival that begins from June 21.The screening of the film will be attended by the film’s producer David Womark and director Tabrez Noorani who makes his debut with the film. The screening will also be attended by the film's cast, consisting of Mrunal Thakur, Richa Chadha, Manoj Bajpayee, Rajkummar Rao, Sai Tamhankar and Riya Sisodiya, along with the crew . The film also features international stars like Freida Pinto and Demi Moore, Anupam Kher and child actor Sunny Pawar. Inspired by true events, 'Love Sonia' is the story of a young Indian village girl whose life is tumultuously and irrevocably changed when she gets entrapped in the global sex trade while trying to save her sister Sonia. The film , shot in Jaipur, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Los Angeles, will hit cinema screens in India this September.
