Modi arrives in Odisha to present report card of his four years in office



Bhubaneswar, May 26 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived here on a day's visit to Odisha to address a massive gathering at the historic Baliyatra ground in the millennium city at Cuttack on the completion four years of his office. Mr Modi arrived by Special Air Force aircraft Raj kamal at the Biju Patnaik International airport at 1620 hours, almost one hour delay of his original schedule. At the airport, Odisha acting Governor Satya pal Malik, State Chief Secretary A P Padhi, Director general of Police R P Sharma and senior BJP leaders received him. Both Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Bhubaneswar Municipality Corporation Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena were conspicuously absent at the airport to receive the Prime Minister. From the airport, Mr Modi flown to the venue by a special air force helicopter to address the gatherings. The Prime Minister will return to Delhi after addressing the meeting on celebration of his four years in office.
