Ola to facilitate last mile connectivity at 5 stations in Delhi

New Delhi, Delhi Division of Northern Railway announced a partnership with Ola to facilitate seamless last mile connectivity and improve overall mobility experience for lakhs of passengers who visit these railway stations daily. “Under this association, Ola launched dedicated ‘Ola kiosks’ at 5 key railway stations-- New Delhi, Anand Vihar, Old Delhi, Sarai Rohilla and Hazrath Nizamuddin. Through this partnership, passengers at the mentioned stations will now be able to book a cab with the assistance of Ola representatives stationed at Ola kiosks within the station premises itself. Further, Ola Zones have been set up at each station, providing dedicated parking to the cabs thereby helping in easing out the parking and traffic issue at the stations. These zones will work as dedicated pick up / drop points and will bring down the expected time of arrival (ETA) of cabs to as low as 2 minutes,” a statement said. Pranav Mehta, City Head, Delhi NCR at Ola said, “The Delhi Railway Division is an integral part of inter-city as well as inter-state transport; Ola is honoured to partner with them to help strengthen the mobility ecosystem at these stations.”
