The Patwaris of Madhya Pradesh the grass root field staff of the Revenue Administration will go on 15 day mass leave from May 1 to 15 to press for their 5-point demands but carry out the works of clean India and blood donations.
Similarly the Aangenwadi staff also feeling the let down and will proceed in 5-day strike to press their demands. The Patwari leaders say that in May 2008 the Chief Minster Mr Shivraj Singh Chouhan assured us at Sarawad conference to settle our demands but nothing has been done far in these 10 years time.
In the past the Patwaris offered 15 days strike in 2017 from April 10 to 25. The High Court directed the Patwaris to resume work and asked the State Government settle Patwaris issue in 90 days but the Government still has not done anything on their demands.
Their demands include higher pay scales as they give services to 21 other departments, Patwaris may be declare as technical job, department (DPC) promotes waiving the condition of examination and training.The Anganwadi employees are demanding regularization of service on salary and related benefits.
