Summer Camp at Sagar Public School begins


Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal Sagar Public School, Rohit Nagar and Gandhi Nagar began its summer camp for all age groups (open for all children) with a grand opening. At SPS Rohit Nagar, the summer camp began by ceremonial lighting of lamp by Vikas Kharadkar,Administrator, TT Nagar Stadium and Coach Coordinator, M.P. State Sports Academy, Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare whereas Ram Kumar Khilrani, Secretary Bhopal Swimming Association hoisted the flag of Summer Camp at SPS Gandhi Nagar. On the a warm welcome was extended by Principal Dr Jayshree Kanwar, SPS Gandhi Nagar and Dr Madhubala Chouhan, SPS Rohit Nagar followed by an oath taking ceremony with parents, coaches, children and participants of camp. Under the guidance and supervision of experienced and well trained coaches the students will be trained in Swimming, Basketball, Archery, Cricket, Badminton,Table Tennis, Football, Yoga, Squash and Skating. In creative arts, students will be exposed to Meenakari, Shilpakar, Mirror Mural, Cone Art. In instrumental music children will be grab skills on Keyboard,Guitar,Vocal Music - Bollywood / Karoke with western and classical dance. This year summer camp’s special addition is baking, public speaking and personality development for tiny tots (4-7 Years) which aims to connect them Gardening, art and craft, western dance, flameless cooking and swimming. The camps are aimed to provide excellent opportunity to learn and grab skills, team spirit, self-confidence and sportsmanship while enjoying to the fullest. Children from various schools have participated and will be using the state-of-the-art facilities of school with an expert guidance. Various competitions will also be held towards end of camp in which winners will awarded with medals and certificates. All Children participating in the camp will be awarded participation certificate at the completion of camp.
