Youth arrested for stalking girl student

Case 1

Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal A youth has been arrested for harassing a Class-10 student, resident of Panchsheel Nagar. The accused had been stalking the girl for last three months and threatened to kill her if she did not marry her. TT Nagar police informed that the 16-year-old is a student of Class-10. Accused Ajay Sujwani used to chase her while she went to and returned from school. He often stopped her on the way and asked her to marry him. He threatened the girl to kill her sister and father if she did not marry him. TT Nagar police has booked the accused under various sections and arrested him.

RTO clerk assaulted

A 58-year-old clerk posted with Bhopal Regional Transport Office (RTO) was physically assaulted by two miscreants who also created ruckus at the office premises in the afternoon on Wednesday. A case was registered by MP Nagar police against the miscreants. Chaturbhuj Rai the victim was assaulted by Kuldeep Pathak and his aide in the afternoon after the victim refused to help in vehicle of Maharashtra case as the model number of car was not clear in the registration documents.In his complaint with the MP Nagar police victim stated that after he told that the details are not clear and they could meet RTO. The two went to meet RTO and later on their return they started to abuse and assault him and scattered the documents in his cabin. The staff of the RTO office rushed to his rescue and helped him. He sustained injuries in his head, hand and fingers. The victim escaped with minor injuries and was discharged after providing primary treatment. The police have registered a case under section 294, 186, 354, 330, 506 and 34 of the IPC. The search for the accused has been started by the police.

Case 2

Eethkhedi Police arrested two accused

  • Were in a plan for a theft 
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal Eethkhedi police has arrested two accused who have planning for a theft in Chowksey Nagar area. Police has recovered one country made revolver from the possession of the accused. According to Eethkhedi police, we have detained Lalu Panthi (30) and Salman alias Arbaz from Lambakheda village on the basis of information from the informant, as both accused were planning to steal in an isolated house. Police say that an interrogation is going on as to reveal more from the accused. Police registered a case under Section 401, 25, 27 Amrs Act of IPC against the accused.
