- Vijaypur and Budhni constituencies
Bhopal: Under the Assembly by-election-2024, counting of votes for Assembly constituency number-02 Vijaypur of Sheopur district and Assembly constituency number-156 of Sehore district will start from 8 am on Saturday, November 23. All arrangements for counting of votes have been made in both the assembly constituencies. The Collector and District Election Officer, Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer have been instructed to strictly follow all the security parameters for counting of votes.
16 tables will be set up
Counting of votes of Vijaypur Assembly will be held at Government Polytechnic College, Sheopur. 16 tables will be set up to count the votes cast by the voters in EVMs in 327 polling stations of this assembly constituency. Counting of votes will be done in 21 rounds.Counting of votes of Budhni assembly constituency will be done in Government Women Polytechnic College, Sehore. 14-14 tables will be set up in 2 rooms for counting of votes cast by voters in EVMs in 363 polling booths of this assembly constituency. Counting of votes will be done in 13 rounds.
Three-tier security system has been ensured at the counting place. Only authorized persons with authorization letter will be able to enter. No unauthorized person will be able to enter the counting center. There will be three-tier randomization of counting personnel.
