Hyderabad, (UNI) President Droupadi Murmu hosted an ‘At Home’ gathering on the well-manicured lawns of the expansive Rashtrapathi Nilayam in the Bolarum area of Secunderabad cantonment on Friday evening.
The event was attended by Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, along with his wife Geetha, various cabinet colleagues, legislators from different political backgrounds, and senior civil and defense officials.
Former Maharashtra Governor Vidayasagar and distinguished individuals from various walks of life also graced the occasion.
President Murmu personally interacted with the guests, circulating through the reception area amid an atmosphere of camaraderie.
It is a tradition for the President to host such a reception during her southern visit.
President Murmu’s five-day southern sojourn concluded on Friday.
