Beijing, Oct 17 (UNI) Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping may discuss the situation in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone during a meeting in Beijing, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.
“Certainly. This is now a topic that is high on the agenda of all world leaders,” Peskov told reporters when asked if the conflict will be discussed by the presidents.
The threat of expansion of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict still persists, the official said, adding that this can be fraught with absolutely monstrous consequences for the entire region and an even greater humanitarian catastrophe.
