Bhopal: Attacking Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who came to hold an election rally in Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Mr. Gandhi is the ‘manager’ of a shop of lies and he should apologize for the false Vachan Patra (undertaking) in the state.
Shri Chouhan said in his statement that Shri Gandhi is the ‘manager’ of the shop of lies and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath is the ‘salesman’ of lies. Both of them together are selling lies in the state. Shri Gandhi is actually telling what happned in Congress ruled states of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
He said that Rahul Gandhi talks about love, but in reality he is running a shop of lies. Even after coming to Madhya Pradesh, he only tells lies. Yesterday in Beohari of Shahdol he only told lies about crimes against women and tribals. In fact, he is telling what is happening in Congress ruled Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
All sections of society happy: CM
Shivraj said every section of the society is happy with the work of public welfare and development that has been done in the last 20 years of the Bharatiya Janata Party government.
Shivraj said that Congress has always divided the country, Rahul Gandhi had also come to divide Madhya Pradesh. He should apologize to the people of Madhya Pradesh for the misdeeds of Kamal Nath’s 15-month government of ‘corruption, commission and crime’.
The Chief Minister said that during the 2018 elections, Rahul Gandhi had come to Madhya Pradesh and promised loan waiver to the farmers, and had said that if the loan waiver was not done in 10 days, he would change the Chief Minister, but the truth is the opposite. Neither the Congress government could waive off the loans nor could change the Chief Minister, hence the people of Madhya Pradesh changed the Congress government within 15 months.
He said that those who stopped the one thousand rupees given under food grant to Baiga, Bharia and Sahariya sisters are talking about the development of women today. Rahul Gandhi should answer why the rights of tribal sisters were snatched away, why by not waiving the loans of farmers they were made defaulters? Rahul Gandhi should apologize to the people of Madhya Pradesh instead of seeking vote.
