New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) COLORS Gujarati is set to introduce a new show, ‘United States of Gujarat’, promising to deliver authentic Gujarati entertainment with a vibrant blend of tradition, modernity, and heartfelt storytelling.
With a lavish production, authentic shoot locations, and a compelling narrative, the show is anticipated to redefine Gujarati television. The star-studded cast includes Raj Anadkat, Sana Sheikh, Ragini Shah, Siddharth Randheria, Apara Mehta, and Vandana Vithlani.
Raj Anadkat, making his Gujarati television debut as Keshav, has drawn inspiration from Ranveer Singh’s character in the film “Jayeshbhai Jordaar.”
“For my character, I took inspiration from Ranveer Singh’s character from Jayeshbhai Jordaar. When I first got the brief from the director, they just told me that my character is like Dwarka’s Ranveer Singh, a bindaas happy-go-lucky guy who helps everyone, and girls admire him. While shooting too, we kept adding fun elements to my character,” Anadkat revealed.
‘United States of Gujarat’ follows Kay (played by Sana Sheikh) on her journey to discover her roots and reunite her mother, Yamuna (played by Ami Trivedi), with Baa (played by Ragini Shah). Raj Anadkat’s character, Keshav, forms a dynamic, khatta-meetha connection with Kay, promising to entertain the audience.
The show premieres on 15th July at 8:00 pm, and will air daily on COLORS Gujarati.
