Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Government Forest Department has issued revised rates for entry of tourists in Van Vihar National Park Bhopal. These rates will be effective from 7 November, 2024.
Director Van Vihar National Park informed that the revised rates for entry include walking tour Rs. 25 per person, own cycle Rs. 30, park cycle Rs. 40, two-wheeler motor vehicle for 2 persons Rs. 80, auto rickshaw maximum 4 persons including driver Rs. 120, light 4-wheeler maximum 5 persons Rs. 300, light 4-wheeler with capacity of more than 5 persons Rs. 500, mini bus maximum 20 persons Rs. 1100, bus with more than 20 persons Rs. 2200, golf cart tour (in addition to entry fee) Rs. 60 per person, children above 5 years of age up to 12 years of age Rs. 40, children up to 5 years of age are free, entire golf cart for maximum 6 persons Rs. 400 and safari tour (per trip) by vehicle provided by the management Rs. 100 per person, children above 5 years of age up to 12 years of age Rs. 30, children up to 5 years of age Free and entire vehicle (maximum 6 persons) will be charged Rs. 1000.
Safari tour after sunset in vehicle provided by management (per trip) will be Rs. 300 per person, children above 5 years of age up to 12 years of age will be charged Rs. 150, children up to 5 years of age will be free and entire vehicle (maximum 6 persons) will be charged Rs. 1500. 75 percent of the above rates will be payable for battery-operated vehicles. The fee will increase by 10 percent every 3 years, which will be rounded off to 5. The fee will be double for foreign tourists.
