Bhopal: On Monday, Sant Hirdaram Girls College, under the guidance of the Higher Education Department, concluded its week-long International Women’s Week celebration with an engaging talk show titled “Impact of Natural Healing and Yoga on the Physical and Mental Health of Working Women.” The event brought together experts and participants to discuss the significance of holistic health and well-being for women in today’s challenging world.

The chief guest, Dr. Dalima Parwani, inspired attendees with her thought-provoking address. Dr. Varsha Vijay Nathani, the keynote speaker, shed light on the various physical and mental challenges women face and the solutions offered by natural healing and yoga. She emphasized the importance of maintaining work-life balance, adopting a balanced diet, and integrating yoga into daily routines for effective stress management.

The talk show marked the conclusion of a series of activities held throughout the week, which included yoga sessions, discussions on nutrition, and an open mega campus campaign to empower women for future job opportunities. The week’s celebrations saw enthusiastic participation and fostered a deeper understanding of the importance of overall well-being.
