Bhopal: On the instructions of Cooperative Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang, to make people aware of the importance of cooperation on the occasion of International Cooperative Year-2025, Swachhata Diwas program will be celebrated on February 13 in all the departmental offices, cooperative institutions under the department under the “Swabhaav Swachhata Sanskar Swachhata” campaign. Minister Shri Sarang will start the cleanliness campaign from Apex Bank, Bhopal at 11 am.
As per the instructions, the Managing Director of all the top institutions of the state, Joint/Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Cooperation of Division/District and Chief Executive Officer of District Cooperative Central Bank Limited have also been told that under this program, work like organizing office files in departments and institutions, marking references in old records, maintaining index register in the office with the help of which details of the last 10 years of complete liquidation, statutory proceedings, establishment etc. can be known immediately. Also, cleaning of toilets and lighting and decoration of office rooms should be done.
Officers and employees of departments and institutions should gather in the district office. After that, a rally should be taken out with the banner of special cleanliness event on International Cooperative Year to the designated place District Cooperative Bank, other public place or any institution office, raising slogans related to cooperation and cleanliness. After this event, instructions have been given to compulsorily send a copy of office/institution wise photographs on WhatsApp and hard copy to the headquarters.
