Bhopal: Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia planted a sapling in memory of his mother Late Madhavi Raje Scindia on Thursday in the massive plantation campaign held in the Kanadia area of ??Indore. He planted banyan, neem, and peepal saplings in the form of Triveni. Under this campaign, 51 lakh saplings are being planted in Indore.
Union Minister Scindia said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for planting trees under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign for environmental protection. He said that in the last two centuries, man has indiscriminately exploited natural resources for his needs. Because of this, the crisis of global warming has arisen all over the world. Union Minister Scindia said that India has been protecting land, rivers, mountains, and forests for centuries.
