Lifeline of national capital Delhi Metro back on tracks after 169 days

Delhi Metro, the lifeline and backbone of public transport in the national capital, came back on the tracks with a bang on Monday, after remaining closed for around five months, due to the global pandemic of Novel Coronavirus, albeit in a staggered manner.

Delhi metro to resume from Sep 7 with truncated timings

The Delhi Metro will resume from September 7, Monday, onwards in the Nation Capital Region (NCR) in a graded manner with truncated working hours in view of COVID-19 pandemic, the Delhi Metro Railway Corporation announced here on Wednesday.
