Self-reliance is strength and specialty of villages 

  • Govt to provide funds for the protection of Gaumata: CM

Bhopal: Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that self-reliance has been the main strength and specialty of Indian villages. Despite thousands of years of slavery, Indian society has kept its cultural form and values ??intact only on the strength of its self-reliant villages. The seminar on “Atmnirbhar Panchayat-Samriddha Madhya Pradesh” will be effective and helpful in making Panchayats and villages economically more powerful and development-oriented.

CM Dr. Yadav said these things at the inauguration of the seminar organized by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department on “Atmnirbhar Panchayat Samriddha Madhya Pradesh” at Kushabhau Thakre Convention Centre. He inaugurated the seminar by lighting the lamp. Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel was present along with other ministers and senior officials.

Special efforts to provide water

In his address, Dr. Yadav said that Indian villages are excellent examples of discipline, restrained, life which is based on tradition and values. Jal Jeevan Mission is being run by Prime Minister Modi to provide tap water to every house and efforts are being made in the entire state according to the local conditions to arrange water for irrigation in every field.

Grants to those rearing over 10 cows

Dr. Yadav said that along with farming, which is the basis of the rural economy, the state government is also giving special importance to animal husbandry. Funds will be provided by the state government for rearing old, unhealthy, handicapped, and destitute cattle. Kanji houses will be developed as cow shelters. The amount of subsidy given to cows has also been increased, farmers who rear more than 10 cows will be provided a subsidy.

Ayurvedic Kendras will be developed

Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is full of natural beauty, it also has a rich wealth of Ayurvedic medicines. Ayurvedic Kendras will also be developed in the state. Every possible arrangement will be made to provide a market for the products of small, cottage industries and self-help groups of women in the state and to increase their income.

Dr. Yadav visits the exhibition

On this occasion, Dr. Yadav also visited the exhibition organized on the theme “Atmnirbhar Panchayat Samriddha Madhya Pradesh”. He visited Dravya Jeevamrit, Community Bio-Resource Centre, Livelihood through MNREGA, Sanwardhan Poshan Shiksha, Community Nutrition Garden and Mandal model stalls on Natural Farming.
