Bhopal: Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham has organized the Cyclothon, themed “Pedal for Peace,” an inspiring event that witnessed a remarkable turnout from the community. Focused on promoting peace, harmony, sustainability and physical fitness the initiative was a resounding success.
The Cyclothon commenced at Lalghati Square and concluded at Retghat, covering an exciting 4.5-kilometer route. The cyclothon was graced with the presence of Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha an accomplished Vikram Award Winner, international cyclist, Guinness World Record holder as the Chief Guest and Vinod Pandey a prominent member of the Bhopal Bicycle Riders’ Group (BBRG) joined as the Guest of Honor adding further prestige to the occasion.
With over 450 participants, the Cyclothon radiated enthusiasm and a shared commitment to health and community well-being. The school Principal Arti Khillan stated, “This event was not just about promoting physical fitness but also about spreading a powerful message of peace and harmony. It is truly heartening to see the community come together for such a noble cause.”The highlight of the day was prize distribution.
