- Happiness Centre starts in BMHRC

Students and employees of Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Center will be given tips to get rid of stress.
They will be told how to reduce stress in life and increase happiness. A happiness center has been opened in the institute. In this Happiness Centre, started with the help of Rekhi Foundation, a course named ‘Science of Happiness and Comfort’ will be started for the employees and students, which will be completely free. On Friday, Dr. Satinder Singh Rekhi, founder of Rekhi Foundation and Dr. Manisha Srivastava, director in-charge of BMHRC, inaugurated this center in the psychiatry department of BMHRC. An MoU has also been signed with this. In the coming time, this course will also be started for the common people. The number of students will increase with the starting of the MBBS course in BMHRC from next year. In such a situation, this happiness course will be very beneficial for maintaining happiness in their life and for their mental health. Founder of Rekhi Foundation for Happiness, Dr. Satinder Singh Rekhi said that the purpose of starting this course is to make the science behind happiness available to the majority of the public. So that people can learn to be happy in their life. The full name of this center of BMHRC is ‘Rekhi Center of Excellence for the Science of Happiness’. The objective of starting this course is to promote research, training, education for students and teachers using the principles of techniques to achieve happiness.
